Job Description

Vectorform Senor UX Designers champion the pre-production phases including, but not limited to, project planning, research, information architecture, wireframe creation, prototypes, UX documentation, proof of concept creation, and technical integration of both external and internal initiatives. As a visionary, the Senior UX Designer will have proven design experience for digital platforms (mobile, web, and more). The candidate will be a part of a truly talented, multi-disciplinary team requiring them to collaborate with other interaction designers, motion designers, engineers, consultants and project managers; contributing to our company mantra of inventing the impossible.



Interaction Design Leverage user/stakeholder insights, generated through user research and team collaboration to allow for the creation of comprehensive, fluid, valuable, intuitive and engaging experiences. The candidate will have an understanding of human factors and an emphasis on creating wireframes/prototypes to help illustrate information architecture, and user interface design. Knowledge and/or experience in developing design systems is a bonus.

Experience Architecture Provide a holistic view of the experience, as well as vertical knowledge of industry, information, and systems. The candidate will work with internal and client teams to analyze and clearly document user flows to help identify key points of focus when developing the user experience including front end and back end structures of the application. Experience in creating deliverables such as user personas, user journey mapping, service blueprinting, and information architecture are required.

UX Research Seeks the reasons behind consumer behavior and the desires, needs and priorities of the people interacting with a product or experience. Once they understand what motivates a consumer population to select one product/experience over another, they can figure out how to make it best serve user and business needs. The candidate will uncover consumer insights through a variety of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) ranging from in-person interviews to analytics .


Required skills/years of experience

  • The ability to build and communicate value around creative deliverables
  • Proven experience in driving the development of frameworks for customer experience; execute top-level deliverables based on user-centered design techniques
  • Has lead the creation of insight-driven compelling presentations for solutions and deliverables
  • Can support Design Directors and project teams in three core disciplines listed above
  • Willingness to engage in communication activities by driving award submissions and speaking engagements.
  • 4-6 years of experience in User Experience Design and/or the ability to prove skillset proficiency

Education/ Software experiencee

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Experience with the following software is a plus: Sketch, Confluence, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Nice to have certifications in UX Design / User Research
