We are seeking a New Business Development Manager to join Vectorform's Munich Office. The New Business Development Manager at Vectorform brings to life the software needs of our clients and the creative visions of our Design team.  As a New Business Development Manager at Vectorform you are part of an elite team of visionaries who strive to continually build and rebuild the bridge between human and digital interaction. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and close new business
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, and qualify new project opportunities
  • Qualify prospects by asking open-ended questions and gathering necessary information from client to determine client value.
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with the discipline leads to win new business and ensure growth attainment of existing accounts
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline. Set and achieve revenue goals and new client wins
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vectorform's solutions, experiences and products
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ensure all documentation, agreements and expectations are clear and followed
  • Manage and report billing updates weekly, and ensure that milestones are invoiced
  • Ensure internal weekly status reporting and timely status reporting to clients

Professional Skills, Traits and Requirements:

  • Experience selling solutions and/or applications to marketing professionals
  • Significant experience and exposure to agency (advertising, digital, CRM)
  • Strong soft skills facilitating collaboration, building strong relationships, promoting high levels of team work/synergy, and models excellent customer service skills in all interactions
  • Excellent general leadership with strong analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to effectively customize approach for each project based upon business problem, technology requirements, complexity, and scale, as well as effectively manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals, and to determine and implement reporting and communication strategies. Uses persuasion and tact in orchestrating sales objectives and direction.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills. Skilled at negotiating commitments among various stakeholders and possesses strong meeting facilitation skills
